We co-designed this specialty shirt with New Balance to provide multiple benefits umpires need. Manufactured first in black, it was so popular that it became a popular request in navy, too. It has all the great features of a NB performance base layer compression shirt – NB Dry and NB Fresh – and added three game-changing features.

The mock neck provides a comfort barrier between your neck and chest protector. Strategic mesh panels in the back and sides provide maximum ventilation, helping you stay as cool as possible. Raglan sleeves provide more range of motion and less restriction than traditional compression sleeves.
